Preorder Policy

Thank you for choosing to preorder merchandise from Knuckle Bump Farms.  Before you proceed with your preorder, we kindly request that you carefully read and acknowledge the following disclaimer, which outlines the terms and conditions of our preorder policy:

1. Preorder Definition: A preorder is a reservation for merchandise that has not yet been released or manufactured. By placing a preorder with us, you are expressing your intent to purchase the specified merchandise once it becomes available.

2. Product Availability: While we make every effort to provide accurate estimated release dates, unforeseen circumstances may arise that can affect the availability of the merchandise. Delays in production, shipping, or other factors beyond our control may impact the expected arrival time.

3. Order Fulfillment: Preorders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Placing a preorder does not guarantee immediate availability or priority fulfillment.  All preorders will ship within 21 business days. 

4. Payment Authorization: By placing a preorder, you authorize us to charge your payment method immediately. This ensures your reservation is secured, and the merchandise is allocated to you upon release.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: As much as we'd love to accommodate cancellations and refunds for preorders, there's a tiny hiccup. You see, once a preorder is placed, we go into hyperdrive to secure your item and make sure it's reserved just for you. This process involves some behind-the-scenes magic, which means we're unable to process cancellations or refunds for preorders.

6. Changes and Updates: Product specifications, features, or release dates provided during the preorder phase are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to keep you informed of any updates, but some adjustments may be made by the manufacturer or supplier.

7. Multiple Item Orders: If your preorder includes multiple items, we may choose to ship items separately based on availability. Additional shipping charges will not apply in such cases.

8. Communication: We will keep you informed regarding the status of your preorder through email updates or notifications. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive the latest updates.

9. Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of any disputes or discrepancies, our general terms and conditions will apply.
