Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation notification, you will receive an additional notification once your order has shipped!

Once your order ships, if it hasn't arrived within 30 days, please email us as soon as possible with your order number so we can track the shipment. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 Please note we are based in the United States.  For all international orders they may be subjected to taxes and/or duties. In addition, we provide the most current international shipping rates for you to choose from.  Unfortunately, we can’t control the shipping amount set by the carriers, we don’t add additional fees to shipping charge, we pass along the exact amount charged by the carriers.
